Position: Litigation Attorney
About us: I was born and bred in Thabazimbi in the Limpopo Province where I matriculated in 2007. I started studying law in 2009 and did I satisfy all the requirements for a LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in November 2012. The said degree was bestowed upon me on 18 April 2013. I was a member of the Dean's Merit list during my final year and did I also receive the Rooth & Wessels prize for the student with the best results in Medical Law 410. I started my articles of clerkship at Bredells in Pretoria and was I admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on 16 July 2015.
Experience: Throughout my articles, as well as the three years working as an Attorney at the biggest law firm in North West, I have obtained experience in the following fields: - Magistrate's and High Court Civil Litigation, which includes Evictions; - Magistrate's and High Court Criminal Litigation, which includes after hours and court bail applications; - Family Law, which consists of Divorces, Children's Court; Maintenance matters and Domestic Violence Matters; - Collections; - Debt reviews; - Administrations; - Deceased estates; - Road Accident Fund Claims; and - Drafting of contracts.
Passion: I have always had a passion to help people. Although I have, on numerous occasions, been told that I am naïve to think that I can help people by being an attorney, I tend to disagree. I will always strive to accomplish the best possible outcome for my clients, and by doing that, my passion will be fulfilled.
